1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the DFI 140^th Anniversary Reward Everyday Campaign (“Promotion”) organised by DFI Retail Group (“DFI”, “we” or “us”). 

本條款及細則適用於 DFI 零售集團（「DFI」或「我們」）主辦之 DFI 140周年日日狂賞抽獎活動（「本活動」）。

2. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

閣下參加本活動，即表示同意受本條款及細則約束。

Promotion Period

3. This Promotion will start on 08:00 on 18 September 2026 and end on 23:59 on 29 October 2026 (Hong Kong time) (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).

本活動將於二〇二六年九月十八日08:00開始，並於二〇二六年十月二十九日23:59（香港時間）（含首尾兩日）結束（「推廣期」）。

4. Eligible Transactions made during the Promotion Period may continue to be processed after the end of the Promotion Period. Accrual of Capsule Chances from such Eligible Transactions and prize redemption may continue during the grace period from 00:00 on 30 October 2026 to 23:59 on 31 October 2026 (Hong Kong time) (both dates inclusive) (“Grace Period”). No transaction made during the Grace Period will be regarded as an Eligible Transaction nor will it earn any Capsule Chances.

於推廣期內作出的合資格交易可於推廣期結束後被繼續處理。由該等合資格交易所賺取之扭蛋機會及獎品兌換可於二〇二六年十月三十日 00:00 至二〇二六年十月三十一日 23:59（香港時間）（包括首尾兩日）期間繼續進行（「寬限期」）。於寬限期內進行的交易將不會構成新合資格交易，亦不能賺取扭蛋機會。

5. To participate in the Promotion, you must be a valid yuu member holding an active yuu account.

欲參加本活動，閣下必須為持有有效的 yuu 會員賬戶之 yuu 會員。

(“Eligible yuu Member”).

6. Participation in this Promotion is personal to the yuu member, non-transferable, and may not be shared with any other person, and no other person may participate in this Promotion on behalf of the yuu member.

本活動僅供yuu 會員本人參加，不得轉讓，亦不得與任何其他人士共享或由任何其他人士代為參加。

7. Employees of the DFI Retail Group are eligible to participate in the Promotion. All Capsule Chances and prize allocations are determined by the system in the same manner as applicable for all other Eligible yuu Members, and no preferential treatment will be given to these employees.

DFI 零售集團的僱員可參加本活動。所有扭蛋機會及獎品分配均以適用於所有其他合資格yuu會員的系統及相同的方式決定，該等僱員不會獲得任何優待。

How to Participate

8. To participate in the Promotion, Eligible yuu Members must log in to the yuu App and enter the designated campaign page during the Promotion Period or Grace Period. 

合資格yuu會員必須於推廣期或寬限期內登入 yuu 應用程式，並進入指定的活動頁面，方可參加本活動。

9. The capsule drawing function will only be available if the Eligible yuu Member has at least one (1) valid Capsule Chance available in his/her yuu account.

只有當合資格yuu會員的 yuu 賬戶內有最少一（1）次有效的扭蛋機會時，扭蛋功能方會啟用。

Eligible Transactions

10. Subject to other Terms and Conditions set out in this document including but not limited to Clause 12, an “Eligible Transaction” means a single purchase transaction by the Eligible yuu Member:

受制於本交件項下的其他條款及細則 (包括及不僅限於第12絛)，「合資格交易」指由合資格yuu會員進行，並符合以下條件的單次消費交易：

(a) made during the Promotion Period at Eligible Stores; 

於推廣期內在合資格商戶進行；

(b) with a net transaction amount of at least HK$30 based on one single receipt; and

單一收據淨值交易金額最少為港幣30元；及

(c) the Eligible yuu Member must, at or before checkout and in any event before proceeding with or completing payment, successfully verify his/her yuu ID in accordance with the requirements of the relevant Eligible Store and transaction channel, and the transaction must be successfully recorded to the same yuu account of the Eligible yuu Member in yuu’s system.

合資格yuu會員必須於結帳時或之前，並在任何情況下於進行或完成付款前，按相關合資格商戶及交易渠道之適用要求成功驗證其 yuu ID，而該交易亦必須已成功記錄至 yuu 系統中該合資格yuu會員的同一 yuu 賬戶。

Such verification may include, as applicable:

有關驗證方式可包括（如適用）：

(i) in-store purchases: presenting or scanning the Eligible yuu Member’s yuu ID at the point of sale before payment;

門市購物：在銷售點於付款前出示或掃描合資格yuu會員的 yuu ID；

(ii) purchases using a Hang Seng enJoy Card linked to the Eligible yuu Member’s yuu account: before any payment is made, informing staff that he/she is a yuu member and tapping the linked Hang Seng enJoy Card for verification of the yuu ID;

使用已綁定合資格yuu會員 yuu 賬戶之恒生enJoy卡購物：於付款前，告知店員自己為 yuu 會員，並拍已綁定的恒生enJoy卡驗證其 yuu ID；

(iii) purchases using an Octopus linked to the Eligible yuu Member’s yuu account: before any payment is made, informing staff that he/she is a yuu member and tapping the linked Octopus for verification of the yuu ID;

使用已綁定合資格yuu會員 yuu 賬戶之八達通購物：於付款前告知店員其為 yuu 會員，並於付款前拍卡驗證其 yuu ID；

(iv) purchases at Starbucks Hong Kong: presenting or scanning the Eligible yuu Member’s yuu ID before payment; or, where the Eligible yuu Member has linked his/her yuu account to his/her Starbucks® Rewards account, presenting or scanning the relevant Starbucks® Rewards ID or linked Starbucks® Rewards Physical Card before payment; or, where applicable, tapping a linked Octopus or linked Hang Seng enJoy Card before payment for verification of the yuu membership ID; and

於香港星巴克購物：於付款前出示或掃描合資格yuu會員的 yuu ID；或如合資格yuu會員已將其 yuu 賬戶綁定自己的Starbucks® Rewards 賬戶，則於付款前出示或掃描相關 Starbucks® Rewards ID 或已綁定之 Starbucks® Rewards 實體卡；或在適用情況下，於付款前拍已綁定之八達通或已綁定之恒生enJoy卡以驗證其 yuu ID。

11. If the Eligible yuu Member fails to complete the applicable yuu membership verification process before proceeding with or completing payment, or if the transaction is not successfully recorded to the same yuu account of the Eligible yuu Member in yuu’s system, that transaction will not be treated as an Eligible Transaction and no Capsule Chances will be awarded. 

如合資格yuu會員未能於進行或完成付款前完成適用的 yuu 會員驗證程序，或有關交易未能成功記錄至 yuu 系統中該合資格yuu會員的同一 yuu 賬戶，該交易將不被視為合資格交易，亦不會獲發任何扭蛋機會。

12. Eligible Transactions are calculated based on the net transaction amount, which means the final amount successfully recorded by yuu’s system for the relevant transaction. Any amount paid by yuu Points, cash vouchers, gift vouchers, gift cards, discounts, offers or any refunded, reversed, cancelled, voided or fraudulent transactions will not be taken into account when calculating Eligible Transactions. Any fees, service charges, interest charges, cash advances or cash-like transactions will also not be taken into account. yuu’s system records shall be final and conclusive for determining the net transaction amount and whether a transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction.

合資格交易以簽賬淨值金額計算，即以 yuu 系統就有關交易成功記錄的最終金額為準。任何以 yuu 積分、現金券、禮券、禮品卡、折扣或優惠支付的金額，以及任何退款、撤銷、取消、作廢或欺詐性交易，均不會算為合資格交易。任何費用、服務費、利息、現金預支或現金類交易，亦不會計算在內。就釐定簽賬淨值金額及某項交易是否構成合資格交易而言，yuu 系統記錄將為最終及決定性的。

13. Eligible Transactions may only be made by the Eligible yuu Member and not by any other person. Only Eligible Transactions made by an Eligible yuu Member will be recognised for the purpose of earning Capsule Chances under this Promotion. 

合資格交易必須由合資格yuu會員本人進行，而不得由任何其他人士代為進行。只有由合資格yuu會員進行的合資格交易方會在本活動中被認可為可賺取扭蛋機會的交易。

14. “Eligible Stores” are the following yuu participating partners in Hong Kong:「合資格商戶」指以下位於香港的yuu合作夥伴：

(a) Dining Partners (Starbucks)

美食合作夥伴（Starbucks）

(b) Retail Partners (namely Wellcome, Market Place, Mannings, 7-Eleven and IKEA)

Earning Capsule Chances

賺取扭蛋機會

15. For each Eligible Transaction, the Eligible yuu Member will earn one (1) chance to play the Capsule Machine lucky draw on the yuu App (“ Capsule Chance”). 

每一項合資格交易可讓合資格yuu會員獲得一（1）次於 yuu 應用程式內參加扭蛋抽獎的機會（「扭蛋機會」）。

16. Each Eligible yuu Member will earn up to one (1) Capsule Chance per day for each Eligible Transaction at each Eligible Store, up to a maximum of six (6) Capsule Chances per day. For the avoidance of doubt, if a store location contains more than one Retail Partners identified in Clause 14(b) above within the same premises, it will be treated as one Eligible Store for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.   
每位合資格yuu會員每天可於每個合資格商戶的一項合資格交易中獲得最多一 (1)次於 yuu 應用程式內參加扭蛋抽獎的機會（「扭蛋機會」），每天的上限為六 (6) 次扭蛋機會。為免生疑問，如同一營業場所內包含多於一個上述第 14(b) 條所列明的零售合作夥伴，則就本條款及細則而言，該營業場所將被視為一個合資格商戶。

17. Each eligible yuu account may earn a maximum of two hundred and fifty two (252) Capsule Chances during the entire Promotion Period. 

每個合資格yuu賬戶於整個推廣期內最多可獲發二百五十二（252）次扭蛋機會。

18. Any Capsule Chances not used by the end of the Grace Period will automatically expire and be forfeited without compensation.

任何未於寬限期結束前使用之扭蛋機會將自動過期和被沒收，而我們將不會作出任何補償。

19. yuu is not responsible for any failure to record Eligible Transactions, Capsule Chances or prize entitlements due to technical, telecommunications, system or other related issues, or arising from any other cause beyond yuu’s reasonable control.  yuu’s system records shall be final and conclusive in all matters relating to this Promotion.

若因技術、通訊、系統或其他相關問題，或任何其他超出 yuu 合理控制範圍的原因，而導致未能記錄合資格交易、扭蛋機會或獎品資格，yuu概不負責。就與本活動有關之所有事宜，yuu 系統記錄將為最終及決定性的。

Capsule Machine Lucky Draw Mechanism

扭蛋抽獎機制

20. Each valid Capsule Chance entitles the Eligible yuu Member to one (1) chance to play the Capsule Machine lucky draw on the yuu App.

每一（1）次有效的扭蛋機會可讓合資格yuu會員於 yuu 應用程式内進行一（1）次扭蛋抽獎。

21. Each valid Capsule Chance will award one (1) prize only.

每一（1）次有效的扭蛋機會將只獲得一（1）份獎品。

22. Prize allocation will be determined on a random basis by yuu’s game system. 

獎品分配將由 yuu 的遊戲系統以隨機方式決定。

23. Subject to the campaign cap on Capsule Chances, an Eligible yuu Member may win more than once if he/she has more than one valid Capsule Chance during the Promotion Period.

在受扭蛋機會上限約束的前提下，如合資格yuu會員於推廣期內有多於一（1）次的有效扭蛋機會，則其於本活動中可獲獎多於一（1）次

Prize Details

24. Prizes under the Promotion Period are distributed on a daily basis from 18 September 2026 to 28 October 2026 (both dates inclusive). A single, independent prize pool list will be used for the period from 29 October 2026 to 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive, which includes the last day of the Promotion Period and the two days of the Grace Period).

本活動的獎品於二〇二六年九月十八日至二〇二六年十月二十八日期間（包括首尾兩日）每日發放。而於二〇二六年十月二十九日至二〇二六年十月三十一日期間（包括首尾兩日，即最後一日「推廣期」及兩日「寬限期」），將使用同一個獨立的獎品池。

25. Prize images are for reference only. All prizes are subject to any applicable terms imposed by the relevant prize supplier or issuer.

獎品圖片僅供參考。所有獎品均須受相關獎品供應商或合作夥伴適用之條款及細則約束。

26. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold or redeemed for cash, yuu points or other consideration.

獎品不得交換、轉讓、出售或用以兌換現金、yuu積分或其他對價。

Prize Fulfilment and Redemption

27. Winners of the Daily Grand Prize will receive an immediate in-app celebration pop-up notification upon winning or opening the app, but will not receive the points instantly. The yuu CS team will attempt to contact the winner via telephone on their registered mobile phone number during working hours (09:00 to 18:00 daily) to verify their yuu membership identity and arrange a time to visit the DFI office to collect the Daily Grand Prize. Within the first 24 hours after winning, the yuu CS team will make up to a maximum of 3 call attempts; after the first 24 hours, 1 call attempt per day will be made until the earlier of (i) contact has been successfully established and (ii) the end of the Grace Period. For winners who visit the DFI office to collect the Daily Grand Prize, upon successful completion of verification, the 1,400,000 yuu Points will be credited to their yuu account linked to the Promotion within 2 business days. For the avoidance of doubt, regardless of whether the winner can be successfully reached before the end of the Grace Period or whether the winner fails to visit the DFI office to collect the Daily Grand Prize, the 1,400,000 yuu Points will be automatically credited to the winner's yuu account linked to the Promotion within 14 days after the end of the campaign.

每日大獎之得獎者將於中獎後或登入應用程式時收到即時 yuu 應用程式內之祝賀彈出通知，但不會即時獲發積分。yuu 客服團隊將於辦公時間（每日 09:00 至 18:00）嘗試透過電話致電得獎者登記之手機號碼，以核實其 yuu 會員身份並安排時間前往 DFI 辦公室領取該每日大獎所得之積分。於得獎後首 24 小時內，yuu 客服團隊將致電最多 3 次；於首 24 小時後，每日致電 1 次，直至(i)成功與得獎者取得聯絡或(ii)寬限期屆滿（以較早者為準）。前往 DFI 辦公室領取相關每日大獎之得獎者，於成功完成核實後，1,400,000 yuu 積分將於兩個營業日內存入與本活動相關聯之 yuu 賬戶。為免生疑問，不論於寬限期完結前能否成功聯絡得獎者或得獎者未能前往 DFI 辦公室領取相關每日大獎，1,400,000 yuu 積分將於活動結束後 14 天內自動存入得獎者與本活動相關聯之 yuu 賬戶。

28. Non-yuu Points prizes will be issued to the winner in the form of a coupon available in the “My coupons” page of the yuu App linked to the winner’s yuu account. yuu Points prizes other than the Daily Grand Prize will be automatically credited to the winner’s yuu account linked to the Promotion. 

非 yuu 積分獎品將以優惠券形式發放至得獎者與本活動相關聯之 yuu 應用程式賬戶內「我的優惠券」頁面。除每日大獎以外之yuu 積分獎品將自動存入得獎者與本活動相關聯之 yuu 賬戶。 

29. To redeem or use a non-yuu Points prize, the winner must present and/or scan the relevant coupon QR code at the designated participating store(s) or redemption location(s), in accordance with the instructions shown in the yuu App.

得獎者如欲換領或使用非 yuu 積分獎品，必須按照 yuu 應用程式內所示的指示，於指定參與商戶或換領地點出示及／或掃描相關優惠券之二維碼。

30. All non-yuu Points prizes are subject to the relevant partner’s or supplier’s applicable redemption period, usage terms and conditions, store participation, availability and any other restrictions specified in the yuu App or by the relevant partner or supplier.

所有非 yuu 積分獎品均受相關合作夥伴或供應商所適用之換領期、使用條款及細則、參與商戶、供應情況及 yuu 應用程式內或相關合作夥伴或供應商所指明之其他限制約束。

31. A prize will be deemed delivered and accepted once the relevant yuu Points prize has been credited to the winner’s yuu account or once the relevant non-yuu Points prize has been issued to the “My coupons” page of the winner’s yuu App account.

當相關 yuu 積分獎品已存入得獎者之 yuu 賬戶，或當相關非 yuu 積分獎品已發放至得獎者 yuu 應用程式賬戶內之「我的優惠券」頁面時，該獎品即被視為已送達並獲接納。

32. The DFI Retail Group is not responsible if a winner fails to redeem, use or enjoy any prizes before its expiry date or in accordance with its applicable terms and conditions. Where a prize is provided by a relevant partner or supplier (including Mannings, 7-Eleven, Wellcome, Market Place, IKEA and Starbucks products and coupons), DFI is not responsible for any act or omission of such relevant partner or supplier in connection with the provision, availability, redemption or use of that prize. To the extent permitted by law, Eligible yuu Members agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless the DFI Retail Group and their respective employees, officers, agents and affiliates from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with the participation in the Promotion or the use or redemption of any prize, except to the extent caused by DFI’s gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct.

如得獎者未能於獎品到期日前換領、使用或享用任何獎品，或未能按照其適用條款及細則換領、使用或享用獎品，DFI 零售集團概不負責。若獎品由相關合作夥伴或供應商提供（包括萬寧、7-Eleven、惠康、Market Place、IKEA 及星巴克產品及優惠券），則該相關合作夥伴或供應商就該獎品的提供、供應、換領、或使用之任何作為或不作為，DFI 零售集團概不負責。在法律允許的範圍內，合資格yuu會員同意免除DFI 零售集團 及其各自之僱員、高級人員、代理人及關聯人士就參加本活動或使用或換領任何獎品所產生或與之相關之任何及所有責任、損失、損害賠償、費用或開支（惟因 DFI 零售集團之嚴重疏忽、欺詐或故意的不當行為所致者除外），就此承擔彌償，並使其免受損害。

Verification and Disqualification

33. The DFI Retail Group reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility, transaction records, app account details and/or prize entitlement of any participant at any time. Eligible yuu Members must provide any information and assistance reasonably requested by DFI for such verification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any Capsule Chances and/or prizes without compensation.

合資格yuu會員必須按DFI 零售集團合理要求提供任何資料及協助，以作上述核實之用。未能按要求提供資料及協助的合資格yuu會員，可能會被取消資格，並導致任何扭蛋機會及／或獎品被沒收，而DFI 零售集團將不作任何補償。

34. The DFI Retail Group may disqualify any Eligible yuu Member where DFI reasonably believes such participant has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in any unlawful, fraudulent or improper conduct affecting the Promotion (including the use of scripts, bots or other devices jeopardizing the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion), or where the Eligible yuu Member’s yuu membership account is suspended, terminated or cancelled for any reason.

 如DFI 零售集團合理相信任何合資格yuu會員違反本條款及細則、從事任何影響本活動之非法、欺詐或不當行為（包括使用腳本語言、程式或其他裝置危及本活動公平及妥善之進行），或其 yuu 會員賬戶因任何原因被暫停、終止或取消，則DFI 零售集團有權取消該合資格yuu會員的參加資格。

35. If any eligible transaction is refunded, reversed, cancelled, voided, found to be invalid or found to be fraudulent, the corresponding Capsule Chances and/or prizes may be forfeited, withdrawn or clawed back by the DFI Retail Group without compensation (such as by deducting points already issued and/or cancellation or removal of coupons).

如任何合資格交易被退款、撤銷、取消、作廢，或被發現屬無效或欺詐性交易，相關扭蛋機會及／或獎品可被 DFI 零售集團沒收、撤回或追回，而DFI將不作任何補償（例如扣減已發放之積分及／或取消或移除優惠券）。

Announcement of Results

結果公佈

36. The notice of completion of the Promotion will be published in Sing Tao News and The Standard on 25 September 2026, 2 October 2026, 9 October 2026, 16 October 2026, 23 October 2026, 29 October and 2 November 2026. 

本活動的完結通知將於二〇二六年九月二十五日、二〇二六年十月二日、二〇二六年十月九日、二〇二六年十月十六日、二〇二六年十月二十三日、二〇二六年十月二十九日及二〇二六年十一月二日登於《星島日報》及《英文虎報》。

37. The DFI Retail Group may also publish or announce the completion of the Promotion on its website, app and/or official social media channels. Prize results for each valid Capsule Chance will be displayed to Eligible yuu Members in the yuu App upon completion of each play.

DFI 零售集團亦可於其網站、應用程式及／或官方社交媒體渠道刊登或公佈本活動已完結。每一次有效扭蛋機會之獎品結果將於每次完成扭蛋後在 yuu 應用程式内向合資格yuu會員顯示。

Use of Personal Data

個人資料之使用

38. Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with yuu’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.yuurewards.com/en/privacy-policy).

就本活動收集的個人資料將按照yuu私隱政策（見https://www.yuurewards.com/zh-hant/privacy-policy）處理。

39. The DFI Retail Group may collect, use and share with relevant partners or suppliers personal data provided by Eligible yuu Members, for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting participants, awarding and fulfilling the Prize, and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

DFI 零售集團可為管理本活動、核實資格、聯絡參加者、發放和交付獎品，以及遵守適用法律法規之目的收集、使用及與相關合作夥伴或供應商分享合資格yuu會員所提供的個人資料。

40. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible yuu Members consent to the collection, use and sharing of their personal data as described above.

合資格yuu會員參加本活動，即表示他/她同意按上文所述收集、使用和分享其個人資料。

General

一般條款

41. These Terms and Conditions should be read together with yuu Terms and Conditions available on the yuu App and at https://www.yuurewards.com/en/terms-and-conditions.  If there is any inconsistency, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

本條款及細則應與在yuu應用程式内和 https://www.yuurewards.com/zh-hant/terms-and-conditions 上所示的yuu條款及細則一併閱讀。若存在不一致之處，在該不一致之範圍內應以本條款及細則為準。

42. The decisions made by the DFI Retail Group in relation to any and all aspects of the Promotion, including any disputes, is final and conclusive and shall be binding on all parties.   No further notice will be given regarding any decision made by DFI.

DFI 零售集團就本活動之任何及所有事宜（包括任何爭議）所作出的決定對所有各方均具有最終及決定性的約束力。就 DFI 所作出的任何決定，恕不另行通知。

43. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and binding.

本條款及細則中任何無效、違法或不可執行的條款，均不影響本條款及細則其餘條款之效力，其餘條款將繼續有效並具有約束力。

44. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with all matters relating to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions.

本條款及細則受香港法律管轄並據此解釋。香港法院對所有與本活動及本條款及細則有關的事宜具有專有司法管轄權。

45. No person other than the Eligible yuu Members and the DFI Retail Group shall have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

除合資格yuu會員及DFI 零售集團外，任何人士均無權根據《合約（第三者權利）條例》（香港法例第623章）執行或享有本條款及細則任何條文所賦予的利益。

46. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Traditional Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

若本條款及細則之英文本與繁體中文本出現不一致或差異之處，概以英文本為準。
