We convert the transaction (excluding delivery charges, handling fees, taxes, service fees, personal expenses, meals, minibar, beverages, phone, laundry, other extra costs and similar charges to the room account, discounted, invalid, cancelled, returned and/or exchanged goods, and any other items which are not applicable and special items as determined by the Merchants) into Hong Kong dollars, based on the exchange rate provided by Ignite Vision, the agent of the merchants and/or the merchants at the time of the transaction.
