Some of the most common reasons are:
- You returned a product to the merchant or cancelled a service;
- You purchased and/ or booked product(s) and/ or service(s) from merchant(s) that are not eligible for yuu Points (If applicable);
- Your last click to the merchant’s website did not come from a link designated by yuu;
- A transaction was completed via the merchant’s mobile App from the links designated by yuu;
- You used the other promotional offers provided by the merchant(s);
- There may be a pop-up-ad / ad blocking software or browser extension / add-on on your mobile or computer that affects tracking.
- Your payment failed or did not meet the requirements of a merchant’s credit check (if applicable);
- Your purchase did not satisfy the merchant’s terms and conditions;
- A transaction was completed via an old version of the yuu App.
When you successfully complete a transaction through the designated link(s), yuu Fashion will inform you via a notification email, confirming that the transaction has been acknowledged and recorded, and is pending verification by the merchant and Ignite Vision. You will not receive any email notification from yuu for all yuu Travel transactions.
