Online shopping with yuu Fashion and yuu Travel through the yuu App works in this way:

a. Log into the yuu App

b. Click “Shop Now” or “Book Now” within the merchant page. You will be re-directed to the merchant webpage via a designated link.

c. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an email notification from yuu within 7 days stating your yuu Fashion transaction has been acknowledged and recorded. (You will not receive any email notification from yuu for all yuu Travel transactions.)  

d. The merchant will verify the transaction. It typically takes 1) yuu Fashion: 90-180 days (starting from the day when the merchant delivers the product(s)) or 2) yuu Travel: 90-120 days (starting from the day of completion of service(s)) and/or receipt of products), but the period depends on the merchant’s product return policy and their internal processes. If the transaction is refunded or payment is not successful, the merchant will not approve the transaction and corresponding yuu Points will not be credited.  

e. If the transaction is approved by the merchant, you will receive an approval email from yuu Fashion stating the total yuu Points you will receive. You will not receive any approval emails from yuu for all yuu Travel transactions.

f. yuu Points will be credited to your yuu Account within 90- 180 days (yuu Fashion)/ 90-120 days (yuu Travel) upon validation and approval by the merchant. Bonus Points earned will be reflected under “transaction history”.
