1. This Cash Voucher must be used on or before the expiry date or it will be forfeited.
2. This Cash Voucher is valid for one year after redemption or they will be forfeited and shall not be re-issued nor extended.
3. This Cash Voucher can be used at designated Maxim’s Group brands and outlets in Hong Kong only. Please refer to the yuu Partners page at http://www.yuurewards.com/about-partners for the latest list of designated brands and outlets and note that such list is updated from time to time.
4. This Cash Voucher is valid for payments made at in-store cashier only and members must present the Redemption QR code before payment to use the Cash Voucher.
5. This Cash Voucher can be used once only, cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, stolen, voided or expired or be exchanged for cash, and no change/refund will be made for any unused balance.
6. Regarding redeeming a Cash Voucher and gifting to a friend, you will not be able to gift to a friend if such friend’s yuu Account has a negative yuu Points balance.
7. No refund is applicable, and it is not transferable.
8. This Cash Voucher cannot be used for Octopus reloading.
9. Save and except for section [6], no Cash Voucher can be stored in a data retrieval system or be copied, reproduced, distributed, altered, sold or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient. Cash Voucher that has been distributed or circulated is not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled. DFI Development (HK) Limited assumes no responsibility whatsoever for misuse of Cash Voucher.
10. DFI Development (HK) Limited and Maxim's Caterers Limited reserve the right to terminate or change the Terms & Conditions of the redemption of the Cash Voucher without prior notice.
11. In case of any dispute, DFI Development (HK) Limited and Maxim's Caterers Limited shall have the right of final decision. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply.
