Recently we received members reporting unauthorized transactions in their yuu account. This could be a result of phishing, credential stuffing or other activities by scammers. We are deeply concerned about the incident and are actively cooperating with the police on their investigation.   

Protecting members’ personal information is our top priority. We have carried out all necessary security checks on our systems and at this time, can confirm that our systems have not been compromised and remain effective. In any case, to provide our members with protection against the scammers’ unauthorized activities, we have required all members to reset their account password using a new unique password.
