Although we're taking steps to eliminate the use of unnecessary plastic packaging from online orders, plastic bags are still required to deliver fresh, frozen and some household cleaning products. This is important for health and safety reasons, and to prevent cross-contamination. The packaging fee includes the cost of these plastic bags.  We appreciate your concern for the environment and will continue to work hard towards a greener future for our planet.
