Please note that once your order only be cancelled before it has been picked. Once it has been picked, your order can no longer be cancelled. Go to “My Orders,” select the corresponding order and click "Cancel order". Our team will process your cancellation request within 24 hours, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you once your order has been cancelled successfully. Refunds will be issued to your original payment channel.
