General Terms and Conditions:
1. From 13 May 2022 to 9 June 2022 (“Offer 1 Promotion Period”), each eligible enJoy Card can earn extra 2X yuu Reward Points from limited time offer of “Offer 1”; enJoy Card customers can also enjoy up to 4X yuu Reward Points year-round at Designated Merchants (hangseng.com/enjoycard) for the list of Designated Merchants, so a total of 6X yuu Reward Points can be earned. In addition, from 1 May to 30 November 2022 (“Offer 2 Spending Wow Reward Promotion Period”), customers can earn extra up to 4X yuu Reward Points for designated spending. Therefore, the combined total reward under “Offer 1” and “Offer 2” is up to 10X yuu Reward Points.
2. Offers are subjected to these terms and conditions and other terms and conditions. 3. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by related merchants who are solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities.
4. All transactions that are found to be fraudulent or eventually cancelled / returned will be considered as ineligible transactions and are not applicable to this promotion.
5. Offers shall be terminated upon closure of the relevant merchant(s).
6. Hang Seng Bank Limited (“Hang Seng”) will determine the eligibility of all Rewards based on transaction records held by Hang Seng. In case of any disputes, Hang Seng’s records shall be final and conclusive.
7. Customers must keep the original sales slips of all posted transactions. Hang Seng reserves the right to request customers to provide the relevant original sales slips for verification. All sales slips submitted to Hang Seng will not be returned.
8. Hang Seng enJoy Visa Platinum Card and Hang Seng enJoy Spending Card (“enJoy Card”) are rewarded with yuu Reward Points. Please refer to hangseng.com/enjoycard for Reward Points Programme details.
9. Extra yuu Reward Points will be calculated based on the amount of each individual eligible transaction. The yuu Reward Points rewarded will be rounded down to the nearest point. The yuu Reward Points less than 1 yuu Reward Point will not be rewarded.
10. All rewarded yuu Reward Points cannot be transferred or converted into cash under any circumstances.
11. In case of dispute, the decision of Hang Seng, and the relevant participating merchants shall be final.
12. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
13. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
14. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
15. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
Terms and Conditions for “Offer 1”:
1. This Promotion is applicable to Hang Seng enJoy Card which is linked to yuu Rewards Programme, including enJoy Visa Platinum Card and enJoy Spending Card (except enJoy Business Card and enJoy Commercial Card) (“Eligible Credit Cards”).
2. The customer is entitled to earn an extra 2X yuu Reward Points for all spending transactions made via ‘yuu to me’ in yuu App during the Offer 1 Promotion Period.
3. To be entitled to the extra yuu Reward Points, the Eligible Credit Cards should remain linked to the ‘yuu to me’ inside the yuu App from the Offer 1 Promotion Period to 31 August 2022.
4. All extra yuu Reward Points of Offer 1 (“Extra Rewards”) will be credited to the relevant offer’s eligible credit card accounts in September 2022, and such credit card accounts should remain valid and in good standing when the Extra Rewards are credited.
5. To enjoy Offer 1, customer shall agree to and accept the transfer by yuu Rewards Club to Hang Seng, of the data and information relating to the transactions made by the customer in the Offer 1 Promotion Period using Hang Seng enJoy Card for the purposes of calculating and verifying the Extra Rewards entitlement.
