i) At Shell Hong Kong station forecourt locations:

●    Customers with a Shell GO+ membership account can earn yuu points: Before visiting a Shell station, please link your yuu Member ID to the Shell Hong Kong & Macau App (“Shell App”). When making payment, tap “One-Time Password” at the bottom of the Shell App and share the displayed code with the station staff. After completing the payment, you will earn both yuu points and Shell GO+ points.

●     Using your physical Hang Seng enJoy Card – once you’ve linked your enJoy Card with your yuu Account, just tap it on the Shell mobile payment device when you fuel up at Shell Hong Kong. 
  
●    Using your physical Octopus Card – if you’ve linked your physical Octopus in the yuu App, you can use it to earn Points. Just let the cashier know you’re a yuu Member and tap your Octopus before paying.

ii) Inside Shell Select convenience stores at Shell Hong Kong stations:

●    When making a purchase, please show your yuu ID to the cashier, or tap your Hang Seng enJoy Card / Octopus card that is linked to your yuu account. If your yuu account is already linked to the Shell Hong Kong & Macau App (“Shell App”), tap “One-Time Password” at the bottom of the Shell App during payment and share the four-digit code displayed with the station staff. After completing the payment, you will earn both yuu points and Shell GO+ points.

No matter how you earn them, your Points will automatically be added to your balance. Please note that Points can take up to 7 days to show up in your App after you’ve spent at Shell Hong Kong.
