You may reject the delivery if the packaging is found to be damaged when the delivery arrives.
We will then arrange a refund on the rejected delivery. Our team will process the request within 48 hours, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you once your order has been cancelled.
Refunds will be issued to your payment channel. The exact refund processing time may vary depending on your bank’s or card issuer’s policy.
