You may report your delivery issue in yuu app within 72 hours after receiving your order. Go to “yuu Online Shop” section, click “My Account” and select “My Orders”, select the order of concern then click "Report an issue".  

Please follow the instructions to select the relevant product(s) in your order and provide required information (i.e. issue type, issue details and photos) to submit a refund request.  

If you are reporting for missing items, please take a photo of all the items you received. For wrongly delivered items, we may contact you to arrange for collection. The refund request will be processed within 5 working days. 

You may track the refund status under the 'Refund History' in the 'Orders' tab. Please note that only one refund request can be submitted for each order. The exact refund processing time may vary depending on your bank’s or card issuer’s policy.
