Please make your refund request within 72 hours after receipt of receiving your order. Go to “yuu Online Shop” section, then click “My Account” and select “My Orders”, select the order of concern then click "Report an issue". Please follow the instructions to select the relevant product(s) in your order and provide required information (i.e. issue type, issue details and photos) to submit a refund request.
The refund request will be processed within 5 working days. You may track the refund status under 'Refund History' in the 'Orders' tab. Please note that only one refund request can be submitted for each order.
Please be advised that the exact refund processing time may vary depending on your bank’s or card issuer’s policy.
