Order details cannot be changed once the order has been paid for. If you would like to change the delivery time or delivery address, you can do so by canceling your order if your order has not yet been picked, and place a new order. To cancel your order, go to “My Orders,” select the corresponding order and click "Cancel order". 

Please be aware that once your order has been picked, it can no longer be cancelled. Our team will process your cancellation request within 24 hours, and a confirmation SMS will be sent to you once your order has been cancelled successfully. Refunds will be issued to your original payment channel. Please be advised that the exact refund processing time may vary depending on your bank’s or card issuer’s policy.
