We provide delivery services in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and some designated rural areas or the outlying islands of the Special Administrative Region of Hong Kong. 

We currently offer selected delivery services to the following areas:  

Tenement buildings / buildings without elevators: Home delivery services can only be made up to the 3rd floor (counting from the ground floor). 

Commercial buildings: deliveries available during office hours only 

Villages: Only to village entrance or legal car park entrance 

Hospitals: Only to the lobby or entrance area 

Hotels: Only to the lobby 

Restaurants: Only to the reception 

Funeral Parlours: Only to the entrance area 

Pedestrian Zones: Delivery services depend on accessibility for delivery vehicles 

No delivery services will be available to premises situated in buildings which have no lawful unloading areas within 50 meters of the building. 

We currently do not deliver to the following areas: -  

Private/public piers, yacht clubs, warehouses, piers or railway stations 

Outlying Islands, restricted areas e.g., Sha Tau Kok, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu, HK International Airport restricted area 

Any remote and restricted areas that require Closed Road Permits
