We understand the importance of keeping our customers updated about their order status. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an SMS notification with the delivery time. Additionally, our driver will also send you a WhatsApp message around one hour before the delivery to ensure that you are available to receive the order. 

If you would like to receive a phone call before the delivery, you can let us know at checkout. Click on "Delivery instruction" and select "Please call me before delivery" and we will make sure to contact you before we arrive at your doorstep.
