2. The Redemption QR code is valid for 21 days upon redemption collecting date.
3. Members must present the Redemption QR code to redeem Hokkaido Cheese Croquette or Pumpkin Croquette (1 pc).
4. The Redemption QR code can be used once only.
5. This Reward can only be used in DONDONYA stores in Hong Kong with Hokkaido Cheese Croquette or Pumpkin Croquette available, while stocks last.
6. This Reward is applicable to dine-in (service charge is charged based on the original price) and takeaway orders, not applicable to all online delivery platforms.
7. This Reward cannot be used in conjunction with the value menu.
8. No points refund or exchange policy is applicable.
9. This Reward cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers (except yuu App Maxim’s Cash Voucher).
10. This reward is subject to a 10% service charge (based on the original price).
