2. Instore pick-up period:
Pre-ordered items are available for pickup within one month. The designated pick-up period will be provided on the Pre-order receipt at the time of in-store purchase.
3. No Points refund or exchange policy is applicable.
4. Regarding redeeming a reward and gifting to a friend, you will not be able to gift to a friend if such friend’s yuu Account has a negative yuu Points balance or if the reward has reached the quota limit.
5. This Reward cannot be exchanged for cash and must be presented upon pre-order and cannot be used in conjunction with other Offers. No change shall be given.
