2. Each Member can redeem a maximum of 2 Emperor Cinemas Movie e-Voucher.
3. Movie e-Voucher is redeemable for a 2D movie ticket at box office, website or app with Movie e-Voucher Code, on or before the Expiry Date.
4. This Movie e-Voucher shall be applicable to all Emperor Cinemas (Emperor Cinemas & Emperor Cinemas Plus) in Hong Kong. Emperor Cinemas reserved all the rights to revise this clause without further notice. All rights reserved by Emperor Cinemas hereby shall be final and conclusive.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, this Movie e-Voucher shall not be applicable to Emperor Cinemas out of Hong Kong as well as VIP Theatre - the CORONET, preview shows, film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcast programs, bulk purchase and house booking and movie with special engagement with film distributors.
6. A surcharge is required for long movies, 3D movies, IMAX 2D / 3D movies, 4D movies, ATMOS movies, movies with special engagement with film distributors and designated movies.
7. This Movie e-Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or resold or used in conjunction with any other promotion offers.
8. This Movie e-Voucher can be used once and redeemable for one movie ticket only.
9. This Movie e-Voucher will be invalidated if lost, stolen, defaced, altered or damaged. Invalid Movie e-Voucher are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
10. DFI and Emperor Cinemas reserve the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
11. In case of dispute, DFI and Emperor Cinemas shall have the right of final decision.

Before making payment for the purchase of movie tickets at the store, please show the staff the Movie e-Voucher Code.
How to use (Emperor Cinemas’s website or apps):
1. Select movie and showtime on Emperor Cinemas’s website or apps.
2. Select preferred seat(s) on seating plan. (Max. 8 seats per transaction)
3. Login as Emperor Cinemas Member or Guest
4. Fill in “Movie e-Voucher Code” on “e-Vouchers” box of ticketing page (Max. 8 codes) and then press “Apply”.
5. To purchase other ticket(s) for the same transaction (e.g. you have selected 2 seats and redeemed 1 with e-Voucher), please confirm or select the Ticket Type of the other ticket(s) (e.g. Adult, Senior, Child, Student, Discounted Tickets and etc)
6. Please review your Order Summary; Select Payment method (If needed); Enter valid email address (To receive confirmation email and e-ticket(s))
7. Press “Continue” for payment
8. If payment success, you can download and save your e-ticket(s) directly, or you may check email for your e-ticket(s).
9. Please use e-ticket(s) for direct admission, no ticket printing is needed.
