Travel Insurance Eligibility, Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility for enrolment
Single Trip:
• Individual Plan – allows up to 20 insured persons aged 0-79
• Family Plan – allow up to 2 parent(s) of age 18-64 and up to 9 Children aged below 18 years old in each policy
Annual Multi-Trip:
• Individual Plan – allows 1 insured person aged 18-75
• Couple Plan – allows couple aged 18-64
• Family Plan – allow up to 2 parent(s) of age 18-64 and up to 9 Children aged from 90 days to 17 years old in each policy
2. The enrolment age limit of the insured person refers to his/ her age on the date of departure on the journey for Single Trip Plan and on the policy commencement date for Annual Plan.
3. No premium will be refunded once the Single Trip Plan policy has been issued.
4. This policy is only applicable for leisure travel or business trip (administrative duty only).
5. Cover can be automatically extended for up to 10 calendar days if the journey is delayed due to reasons beyond the control of the Insured.
6. If the insured person is covered by more than one Travel Insurance policy underwritten by Chubb Insurance Hong Kong Limited (“Chubb”) for the same journey, Chubb will only pay compensation based on the policy with the maximum insured amount
7. This insurance only covers Journeys departing from Hong Kong.
8. Information is for reference only. For coverage details, please refer to the terms and conditions of the policy. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

Travel Insurance Promotion (Terms and Conditions):
1. Travel Insurance Promotion (“Offer”) is valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”)
2. Each Member can earn bonus points upon successful enrolment in Single Trip Travel Insurance/ Annual Multi-trip Travel Insurance during the Promotion Period.
Single Trip Travel Insurance
Enrol in Single Trip Travel Insurance to earn the following bonus points:
• If the premium amount falls between:
HK$1 – HK$359.99: 1,000 Points;
HK$360 – HK$709.99: 10,000 Points.
If the premium amount is equal to or more than HK$710, you will earn 20,000 Points.
Annual Multi-trips Travel Insurance (First-policy year offer)
By enrolling in Individual Plan, you will earn the following bonus points:
• Plan 3: 40,000 Points;
• Plan 2: 80,000 Points; or
• Plan 1: 100,000 Points.
Enrolling in Couple or Family Plan to earn the following bonus points:
• Plan 3: 80,000 Points;
• Plan 2: 160,000 Points; or
• Plan 1: 200,000 Points.
3. The bonus points will be credited to eligible Members’ Account within 3 months from the policy issuance date.
4. If Members who have successfully enrolled in Single trip Travel Insurance/ Annual Multi-trip Travel Insurance and received the bonus points under this Offer subsequently cancels the policy and requests a premium refund, Chubb and yuu reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the value of any Points that have been distributed to the customer as part of the Promotion, as well as the base points from the total premium refund amount, or yuu will deduct the bonus points and base points from the designated Member.
5. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is not transferable, returnable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
6. Each Member is responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion, the Member agrees and accepts to be bound by these terms and conditions.
7. The bonus points awarded to a Member may be corrected or revised by yuu at any time to remediate any errors in the computation of bonus points.
8. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
9. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
