1. This offer is valid from 25 October 2024 to 11 November 2024, both dates inclusive.
2. yuu Members’ online purchases of products and/or services from all brands in “Fashion” category or book at Trip.com, agoda, Expedia, Klook and Wing On Travel in “Travel” category (“Merchants”) through the yuu App are subject to the following terms and conditions. As the product(s) and/or services are provided by the relevant Merchants, such purchases are therefore also subject to the terms and conditions of the Merchants (including but not limited to delivery and return policies).
3. yuu does not have any involvement with the product(s) and/or service(s) offered by these Merchants, and will not be responsible for them.
4. yuu Member who purchases products and/or services (excluding delivery charges, taxes, handling fees, service fees, personal expenses, meals, minibar, beverages, phone, laundry, other extra costs and similar charges charged to the room account, discounted, invalid, cancelled, returned and/or exchanged products, and any other items and/ or booking which are not applicable and special items as determined by the Merchants) (each an “Eligible Transaction”) will earn 1 yuu Point for every HK$1 dollar spent (“Base Points”) plus extra 1x Campaign Points during Campaign Period. yuu Member may also earn Bonus Points, which vary depending on the Merchant (“Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points that a yuu Member is entitled to are based on the Bonus Points published on the yuu App on the date that the yuu Member completes the transaction. Base Points, Campaign Points and Bonus Points are collectively referred to as “Points”. Please refer to the product list under “Details” for bookings and special items not eligible for yuu Points (“Product List”). (If any)
5. If a yuu Member settles payment in a foreign currency, the exchange rate used for calculating the number of Points the yuu Member can earn is determined by the Merchants
6. yuu Members should retain their receipt until the related Points have been successfully credited to their yuu Account.
7. In order to earn Points, yuu Members must access the Merchant’s website through the designated link in the yuu App and complete the transaction there. yuu Members will not earn Points for purchases made directly on the Merchant’s website.
8. The Points earned by a yuu Member for an eligible transaction will generally be credited to the yuu Member’s Account within 180 days (starting from the day when the Merchant delivers the product(s)/ service(s) and/ or the service/ booking completion date). The actual Points crediting time may vary depending on the duration of the verification process, reconciliation and payment settlements situation between yuu and the Merchants. If yuu Member requests for refund or cancels the designated transaction after the receipt of product(s) and/or service(s), yuu Member will not be eligible for earning any yuu Points for such transaction.
9. The product(s) and/or service(s) that yuu Member purchases/books from the Merchants through the yuu App will not be eligible for other promotional and discount offers provided by the Merchants (unless otherwise specified). The Points earned by yuu Members are not exchangeable for cash or other product(s) and/or service(s) with equivalent cash value.
10. The following non-exhaustive list contains some of the most common reasons for ineligibility:
- yuu Member returned a product to the Merchant or cancelled a service/booking;
- yuu Member’s last click to the Merchant’s website did not come from a link designated by yuu;
- A transaction was completed via the Merchant’s mobile application after using the link designated by yuu;
- yuu Member used other promotional offers provided by the Merchant;
- yuu Member running some kind of pop-up-ad / ad-blocking software or browser extension / add-on that affects tracking;
- yuu Member’s payment failed or did not meet the requirements of a Merchant’s credit check (if applicable);
- yuu Member’s purchase did not satisfy the Merchant’s terms and conditions;
- A transaction was completed via an old version of the yuu App; and/or
- yuu member purchases and/ or books product(s) and/ or service(s) on Product List that are not eligible for yuu Points (if applicable).
11. All products and/or services are provided by the relevant Merchants directly to yuu Members. yuu and the DFI Retail Group are not the supplier of the product(s) and/or service(s) provided by the Merchants, and make no representation, warranty or guarantee as to the description and quality of the product(s) and/or service(s), and accept no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. The relevant merchants are solely responsible for providing their product(s) and/or service(s) to yuu Members and for any obligations and liability that might arise from their product(s) and/or service(s).
12. If there are any enquiries relating to yuu Points, please contact yuu; if the enquiries are related to any product(s) and/or service(s) (including but not limited to the quality of the product(s) and/or service(s), delivery arrangement, etc.) purchased from a Merchant, please contact the Merchant directly.
13. yuu and the Merchants reserve the right to cancel any earned Points as a result of any abuse of the offer or other improper conduct by the yuu Member as determined by yuu and the Merchant in their sole judgment.
14. yuu reserves the right to extend or terminate this offer or change the terms and conditions of this offer without prior notice.
15. In case there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of any dispute, yuu and the Merchant shall have the right of final decision.
