OTP stands for one-time password. We use this to help protect your Account from fraud. If we need to verify that you’re the owner of the mobile phone number or email that you’re using, we’ll send you an OTP which you’ll need to enter into the relevant screen in the yuu App within 15 minutes. Occasionally SMS messages can get delayed or lost, so If the OTP doesn’t arrive, just wait a few minutes and request another. Please check that you have entered the correct mobile number. If not, please skip the OTP step and go to "Settings" to update your mobile number. We will then send you a new OTP to enable you to complete the process.
