Just go to "Linked Cards" in "Settings" in the yuu App, and unlink your Octopus there. If you don't have the App, please contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Enquiry Form with your yuu ID, Secret Code and Octopus on hand, and we’ll take care of it for you.
