There are a few different reasons this might happen:
1. You forgot to enter your yuu ID when you shopped with a yuu Partner online.
2. Points will only be posted to your Account once the online purchase is confirmed and shipped, so please wait until you get confirmation of this before checking your Points balance.
3. If you’re a frequent shopper, wait to check your Points balance and transactions, as Points can take up to 7 days to show in your Account.
4. Purchase Terms and Conditions vary for each yuu Partner, so please check on their respective websites. Terms and Conditions might include:
- Date limitations: your purchase may have been made outside the eligible period for that offer.
- Purchase restrictions: these specify what product/category/quantity you need to buy for the offer to apply.
- Points not available for certain items: typical exclusions include money-based items such as mobile top-ups, Octopus top-ups or gift cards, plus products such as tobacco or plastic bags.
- Base Points not available for certain purchase at selected Maxim’s Group brands and outlets, include but not limited to employee discounts, cakes coupons, cash vouchers/vouchers issued by shopping malls or other organisations (such as MTR, CLP Power Hong Kong), bulk order price.
- Base Points not available for certain purchase at Starbucks Hong Kong and Macau, including but not limited to reload of Starbucks® Rewards, employee discounts, Cash Vouchers/vouchers issued by shopping malls or other organisations (such as MTR, CLP Power Hong Kong), bulk order price.
