Yes. Each yuu Member can make up to two claims for missing Points each calendar year. Please note that claims will only be accepted if you are a yuu Member at the time of your purchase, and only for in-store shopping. We cannot help with reclaiming missed Points for online shopping. Just scan or photocopy your original receipt within 14 days of the receipt date, ensuring you capture your 15-digit yuu ID Number on the receipt. Then, contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Enquiry Form and we’ll add the missing points to your Account.
