There are five easy ways to earn yuu Points*:

- In-store – every time you shop or dine with our yuu Partners, just show your yuu ID.

- Online – when shopping online with our yuu Partners, enter your yuu Membership number during checkout (the 15-digit number under your yuu ID in the App) – yuu Online Shop – when shopping online via yuu Online Shop in the yuu App, your yuu Membership is linked automatically to our Partner’s e-commerce site.

- Using your Hang Seng enJoy Card – Shop and dine at our yuu Partners with your Hang Seng enJoy Card linked with your yuu Account. Tell the staff that you are a yuu Member before paying and tap the credit card to record your yuu ID and earn yuu Points.

- Through your Octopus – if you’ve signed up to yuu through our website or at a 7-Eleven store or have linked your Octopus via the yuu App, you can use your Octopus to earn Points with a yuu Partner. Just let the cashier know you’re a yuu Member and tap your Octopus before paying to record your yuu ID and earn yuu Points.  

- At Pizza Hut’s Hut Rewards App/ Pizza Hut Website – once you have bound your yuu ID with the Pizza Hut’s Hut Rewards account, you will be able to earn yuu Points for every purchase made through the Hut Rewards App/ Pizza Hut Website.

- At PHD’s website/ App – input your yuu ID during checkout page.

Whichever way you earn, your Points will automatically be added to your balance. Please note that Points can take up to 7 days to show in your App after you’ve shopped in-store, online, or using your Hang Seng enJoy card.  

*When you pick up your order from Maxim's Cakes or Arome Bakery, your yuu Points will be automatically credited to your yuu Account.

* When you host wedding banquets or celebration feasts at designated Maxim's Group restaurants, the yuu Points will be instantly credited to your yuu Account once the event is over.
