Members are suggested to make an online reservation for the visit date after redeeming the Child General Admission Ticket. Ticket barcode number required for registration will be displayed below the admission ticket QR code. 1. Redemption period for this reward is from 20 November 2023 to 18 May 2024.
2. This reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or credit card promotions.
3. This reward cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or discount, combined to use or resold to others.
4. Redemption of this reward is subject to availability and yuu’s terms and conditions, including the yuu Terms & Conditions at https://www.yuurewards.com/en/terms-and-conditions and such additional terms and conditions applicable to the redemption of this reward which shall be posted on the yuu website and/or mobile app. Ocean Park General Admission Tickets are available for redemption on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticket has a validity period of 6 months from 20 November 2023 to 18 May 2024, except park closure days.
5. Corresponding yuu Points will be automatically deducted from the yuu Member’s account during the reward redemption process.
6. If there are insufficient yuu Points in the yuu Member’s account for yuu Points deduction or if wrong credit card information is provided for any payment, then the transaction will be declined and the order will be cancelled automatically without prior notice.
7. Guests are required to present admission ticket QR code via the yuu App and identity documents to enter the Park.

Please visit Ocean Park’s official website for the most updated information on the Park’s opening dates and hours. Due to the Park’s capacity limitation, reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Each Ocean Park General Admission Ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable once redeemed and may be used by the redeeming yuu Member once only within the validity period.
10. Each Ocean Park General Admission Ticket is valid for one person’s entry to Ocean Park, which includes access to all operating rides, facilities and exhibits, except skill games, coin-operated games, special paid events and facilities being held in the Park.
11. Ocean Park General Admission Ticket holders can elect to upgrade to “InFUNity Entry Pass” on the day of their admission by paying the designated amount with corresponding pass at Admission Pass Collection Office of Ocean Park. Other terms and conditions apply to the upgrade of Ocean Park General Admission Ticket to “InFUNity Entry Pass”.
12. For repair, maintenance, inclement weather or other reason, Ocean Park may suspend the operation of any ride or close any attraction at any time without prior notice. It is a condition of sale of the Park’s admission ticket that any request for refund, whether partial or in full, for the tickets purchased by visitors will not be considered by the Park as a result of any such ride suspension or closure of attraction.
13. In case of inclement weather, including but without limitation to the hoisting of tropical cyclone signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warnings, Ocean Park may close the Park with or without prior notice to the public. In case the Park reaches its maximum capacity, Ocean Park may exercise admission control and you may not be allowed for entry. A condition of entry is to comply with Ocean Park Bylaw, safety rules and Park Rules and Regulations which are displayed at the entrances and/or other appropriate locations of the Park.
14. Neither DFI Development (HK) Limited nor Ocean Park Corporation shall be responsible for any loss of any kind or any damage to any property of any person within the park.
15. Each redeeming yuu Member is responsible for protecting his/her Ocean Park General Admission Ticket and must not damage any part of the ticket, especially the QR code on the ticket which must be presented for scanning at Ocean Park’s entrances. The ticket will be void if altered or defaced. Neither DFI Development (HK) Limited nor Ocean Park Corporation accepts any responsibility for any lost ticket.
16. Child tickets are for children aged 3 to 11. Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 15 or above holding a valid Ocean Park admission ticket. Suitable identification may need to be provided on the day of visit.
17. DFI Development (HK) Limited reserves the right to terminate this promotion or change its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
18. In case of any dispute, DFI Development (HK) Limited and Ocean Park Corporation have the right of final decision.
