1.This yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher (or Online Shop Voucher) will expire on 31 December 2023.
2.This yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher shall be used for online purchase of Wellcome and Marketplace products in Hong Kong only on yuu Online Shop.
3.yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher cannot be used for purchase in physical stores.
4.yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher cannot be used to purchase products other than Wellcome and Marketplace products on yuu Online Shop.
5.This yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher cannot be applied with other ‘e-Gift Vouchers’ and ‘e-Coupon’ (except Delivery Discount Coupon).
6.This yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher cannot be applied to Delivery Fee & Packaging Handling Fee.
7.yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash, and no change or refund will be given for any unused value. Only one Online Shop Cash Voucher can only be used in one Transaction. Each Online Shop Cash Voucher can only be used once.
8.No yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use other than the original recipient, or stored in a data retrieval system. DFI assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the misuse of Online Shop Cash Voucher.
9.In the event where it has come to DFI’s attention that the yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher were earned, used and/or redeemed by you in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates any terms herein or in a manner otherwise not intended by DFI, DFI reserves the right to the following: (a) Termination of your User Account with immediate effect; or (b) Cancelation of all yuu points or Coupon as previously accrued; or (c) Refusal of the provision of the E-Comm Service to you; or (d) Any other measures as deemed appropriate by DFI at its sole discretion.
10.In some circumstances, there may be a delay in updating yuu Points balance, DFI endeavours to reflect the latest balance.
11.DFI reserves the right to terminate or change the Terms & Conditions of the yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher without prior notice.
12.The yuu Online Shop Cash Voucher is deemed a Coupon under the yuu Terms & Conditions. Other yuu Terms & Conditions apply.
13.In case of any dispute, decisions of DFI shall be final and binding.
