For delivery issue with your wellcome.com.hk order, you can report the issue and make a refund request via the yuu app. Within 72 hours of receiving your order, go to “yuu Online Shop” section in the yuu app, then click “My Account” and select “My Orders”. Proceed to select the order of concern then click “Report an issue”. Please follow the instructions to select the relevant product(s) in your order and provide the required information (i.e., issue type, issue details and photos) to submit a refund request.
The refund request will be processed within 5 working days. All refund requests and progress can be tracked via app on yuu Online Shop by selecting ‘Refund History’ in the ‘Orders’ tab. Please note that only one refund request can be submitted for each order. Kindly be advised that the exact refund processing time may vary depending on your card issuer’s policy.
